# Discovery of the API

For now the VSSL agent doesn't support discovery. You'll have to set up your device running the agent to a static IP address.

## Some helpful tips

* You can discover the IP address using apps like Fing ([iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fing-network-scanner/id430921107?mt=8), [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.overlook.android.fing\&hl=en_GB))
